Cloud Nine is an Austin-owned, Austin-run boutique staffing agency. We specialize entirely in office support and IT, which helps focus our efforts and enables us to bring you the best of the best in this field.

We offer an exceptionally broad range of options to meet our clients’ needs. Our services include:
Recruiting/Direct Hire
Choose from one of our flexible packages and pay a flat fee. Each package includes an applicant search, resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks. We offer assessments for an additional fee. We then pass along the qualified candidates to you for final interview and hiring decision. The candidate who is chosen goes directly onto your payroll with no additional fees. Our candidates are guaranteed for 30 days, so if things don’t work out for any reason, we’ll replace the candidate for no additional charge.
Temp
This is for the client who has a short or long term project for which they need an increase in their labor force. The temp remains on Cloud Nine’s payroll for the duration of the project and is released back to Cloud Nine at the end of the contract. Regardless of the length of the contract, all of our temporary employees receive medical, vision, dental, prescription, and chiropractic benefits from their first day of employment with Cloud Nine.
Temp to Hire
This is for the client who wants to hire an administrative staff member but wants to evaluate work performance before hiring anyone. The temp stays on Cloud Nine’s payroll during the trial period (the duration of which is negotiable). At the end of the trial, the client can choose to hire the candidate or keep the candidate on Cloud Nine’s payroll.
