Who are we?

Cloud Nine Staffing, LLC, started out two years ago as “The Admin Angels”, a division of Total Administrative Solutions, founded by Ragen Chastain. Over the past two years, these amazing administrative professionals have been helping small businesses all over the Austin area.

In January of 2007 Ragen joined forces with Kyeli Smith and Cloud Nine Staffing was born! Now our perfect combination of highly qualified, highly paid, highly motivated administrative staff is available to businesses of all sizes for their temp, temp to hire and direct hire needs. Also, we’ve expanded and improved our offerings to our Admin Angels—we now offer full-time positions with benefits and 401(k) plans. We’re raising the bar in staffing services!

What are we?

We are a staff placement agency. We are vastly different from any other placement agency out there; we are a solution, not just a service. Whether you’re an employer tired of the revolving-door temp or a temp tired of the lack of decent pay and benefits, we’re here to solve the problems.

Our mission is to support our clients by providing administrative assistants who are experienced, professional and motivated. We make our business a success by helping our clients and Angels to accomplish their dreams and goals. By nurturing and supporting our clients and our Angels, we nurture, support and grow our business.

How can we help our clients?

We’re more professional: Our Angels have proven track records and are paid well above industry standards.

Our Angels have more experience: Our lowest tier of admins is required to have at least three years of full-time administrative experience.

We are more cost effective: You pay much less for a much more experienced employee than you would pay with a temp agency.

We have higher quality customer service: We’re committed to finding the right fit for your administrative needs.

How can we help our Admins?

Appreciation. You will get the appreciation you deserve, both as a part of our team and as a part of the businesses you choose to work with.

Benefits. As a full-time Angel, you will be an actual employee of Cloud Nine Staffing, which includes benefits rarely found at other temporary or placement agencies.

Independence. As a part-time Angel, you are an independent contractor, free to take outside work with whomever you choose in addition to working with us.

Changing the Industry

At Cloud Nine Staffing, we have been on both sides of this industrial coin; we’ve been temps and we’ve managed temps. We’ve felt the frustration at having unmotivated and inexperienced workers who come and go with a moment’s notice. We’ve felt the irritation at being underpaid and underappreciated, and worried about losing our job at an employer’s whim.
