A Rigorous Interview Process
There will be a phone interview, an in-person interview and a real-world simulation where you’ll be given tasks, a phone to answer and interruptions to deal with, and you’ll need stellar references.

We have very high expectations for your performance which includes dress, punctuality, and providing skilled support for every client. Our clients hire us because of the depth and breadth of talent that we provide and that’s why we typically screen 150 candidates for every one of you we find.
